Hello, I am Nina.

Welcome to my website, my name is Nina Ecker and I was born 1985 in Austria.

I’m a kundalini yoga teacher, raw food chef and plant based enthusiast since a couple of years.

Since yoga is both a spiritual and physical practice, it is important to take care of what we put into our body.

I have learned listening to my body’s needs through physical discomfort, skin issues and lethargy/ mental fog.

Motivated by my own experience, I love to share my knowledge with people in similar situations or simply folks wanting to increase their vitality.

I’m the recipe creator, food stylist and writer of the blog.

You will discover a way to eat to satisfy your mind and nurture your body with all the essential nutrients that you need to thrive!

You will find mainly plant based living foods recipes, as well as cooked food creations to offer you a vast variety for your needs.

My aim is to focus on a low fat, refined sugar and gluten free, high vibe nutrition that is fun and easy to prepare!
